With more than 25 years inside some of the world’s top agencies, she’s helped launch award-winning campaigns, build global platforms, and drive real outcomes across sectors.

She’s fluent in both the language of institutions and the pulse of modern culture — a rare mix that shows up in how she thinks, builds, and leads. Whether managing an AOR relationship or guiding a multi-million-dollar launch, Karla brings structure, depth, and a no-BS approach to every engagement.
